San Tan Volkswagen

A sales and service facility located within the San Tan Motorplex. The project features a large white frame that brackets the expansive glass wall at the front of the showroom. The rear and sides are comprised of varied integral colored CMU with service bay entries punctuated with massing and material changes. The project is two-stories and has a skylight spine at the juncture of the second floor balcony and showroom spaces. The service department has 19 bays. The building is LEED certified.
